This Legal Disclosure explains how we collect, verify, and manage business contact emails from publicly available Instagram profiles.

Our goal is to provide verified, relevant, and ethically sourced business leads — not random or scraped data.

We do not use bots, crawlers, or automated scraping tools. Every lead we collect is gathered manually by our team in full compliance with Instagram’s functionality and applicable privacy laws.

2. How We Collect Emails

1. Our trained data collectors visit public Instagram profiles related to a given niche or hashtag.

2. They click on the “Contact” button available on the profile.

3. If clicking the button displays a valid email address (for example, opens a Gmail compose window or reveals the address), the email is recorded manually.

4. The collector notes the profile handle, profile URL, email address, timestamp, and location (if visible) and saves a screenshot for provenance.

5. Only email addresses visible through Instagram’s contact feature are included.

We do not:

• Access or collect emails hidden behind login walls or private profiles.

• Scrape or use automated programs.

• Collect emails written in bios, comments, or images.

• Collect personal or sensitive data (messages, followers, phone numbers, etc.).

3. What Kind of Data We Collect

For each verified lead, we may collect:

• Instagram handle

• Profile URL

• Display name (if public)

• Publicly displayed contact email

• Country or location (if visible)

• Niche or category (e.g., fashion, travel, food)

• Timestamp and provenance record (screenshot, collector ID)

We do not collect any data beyond what is publicly and voluntarily provided by the Instagram account holder.

4. Legal Basis for Collection

Our collection and processing of this data rely on the Legitimate Interest basis under Article 6(1)(f) of the EU/UK General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and equivalent provisions under global privacy frameworks.

This legitimate interest lies in:

• Identifying and organizing publicly available contact information for business collaboration, influencer discovery, and marketing research.

All screenshots, provenance records, and email data are deleted automatically once the retention period ends.

If your email has been included in our dataset and you wish to have it removed, you can:

• Request a copy, correction, or deletion of your data.

We will confirm deletion within 48 hours.

We may provide verified leads to our clients for lawful business purposes, such as:

All clients agree contractually to use the data only for legitimate professional communication.

All data we collect is publicly accessible at the time of collection through Instagram’s official interface.

If Instagram or a user requests removal of data, we comply immediately.
