No. You don’t need your own IG account to use our platform. Our team handles everything from searching profiles to collecting verified contact emails for you.

It’s a simple three-step process:

2. Submit your order by specifying usernames, hashtags, or followers you want us to collect from.

3. Get your leads — a list of emails with associated names ready for use.

We do not verify emails through third-party tools like ZeroBounce or NeverBounce. Instead, we collect emails directly from the IG contact button, meaning these are the exact emails the account owners have chosen to share publicly for communication. While this ensures the data is authentic and ethically sourced, we cannot guarantee the accuracy or current validity of each email if the user has changed or mistyped it on their profile.

Yes - if a phone number is available on the Instagram account (typically in the Contact section), we include it in your results at no extra cost. However, please note that you are only charged for valid emails, not for phone numbers.

Each valid email found costs 1 credit. You’re only charged for valid results — not for profiles without emails. This ensures complete fairness and transparency.

You’ll receive your leads in a clean CSV file containing the following details:

• Instagram username

• Instagram display name

• Instagram bio

• Email address (as shown via the Contact button)

• Other publicly available details captured at the time of collection

• Mailing name (fine-tuned AI model that is ~90% accurate)

• Phone number (if available)

If you require specific additional information, please reach out to us beforehand. Our team will review your request and confirm whether those details can be included in your order.

Delivery time depends on your order size. Smaller lists are usually completed within 24–48 hours, while larger requests may take a bit longer. You’ll be notified once your data is ready to download.

You’re never charged for profiles without an available email. Credits are only deducted for valid results, so you always get value for every credit spent.

Our system is primarily built to extract emails. We don’t offer a phone-number-only extraction option by default.
